About Leah Betancourt is an award-winning digital journalist whose work with online communities drives engagement and user-generated content. She is a new media content director with Raycom Media. She has written several fundamental guides for journalists on the use of Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and user-generated video for Mashable, a world leading social media site.
